✅ Only 2 out of 2,180 participants in the group receiving the medication contracted the virus, demonstrating a very high prevention rate.
✅ It is 89% more effective than the daily oral PrEP, Truvada.
✅ Safety study results indicate that the majority of participants tolerated the medication well, and no significant new safety concerns were found.
